Can you believe it’s been 25 years since the West Carter Lady Comets won the state title back in 2000? That’s right—a whole quarter-century of being champions! This year, during the 2025 Girls’ Sweet 16 at Rupp Arena, they brought back that legendary team to celebrate their huge accomplishment. It was so cool to see them step onto that iconic court again, soaking in the cheers for their silver anniversary.
