Western Kentucky University’s soccer program is gearing up for an electrifying 2025 home slate, with a promotional schedule that blends community impact, fan engagement, and Hilltopper pride. The Tops’ eight-game home stand at the WKU Soccer Complex is loaded with themed nights, charitable drives, and celebrations that promise to make every match a can’t-miss event.

The season kicks off on August 21 at 5 p.m. against Jackson State, with a Back to School Drive encouraging fans to donate school supplies for local classrooms. It’s a chance to support education while cheering the Tops to victory. A week later, on August 28, Dayton comes to town for a Weekday World Cup showdown, featuring a global spread of international foods. Fans are urged to rock red and bring the energy.

On August 31, WKU hosts Union at 6 p.m. for Teachers in the Bleachers, a blackout game where educators are the VIPs. Teachers and professors are invited to soak in the support while fans don black to darken the stands. September 11 brings Austin Peay for Senior Night and a white out, with seniors honored post-match and first responders recognized at halftime for their service.

The Conference USA opener against Kennesaw State on September 21 doubles as a celebration of 25 years of Hilltopper Soccer, with alumni of the program taking center stage. On September 27, rival Middle Tennessee visits for a loaded Sky Soccer Night, Camper Reunion, Big Red’s Rascals Kids Club Night, and Red Rush. Sky Soccer will be spotlighted, campers can reconnect, and fans are encouraged to paint the stands red.

October wraps up the home schedule with UTEP on October 17 for a Pink Out and Breast Cancer Awareness game, shining a light on a vital cause. The finale on October 19 against New Mexico State is a Mental Health Awareness Game and Pups on the Pitch, where fans can bring their dogs to join the Hilltopper faithful.

From community drives to alumni honors, WKU Soccer’s 2025 promotional slate is a masterclass in uniting fans and players for causes bigger than the game. Get ready to pack the stands and show your Hilltopper spirit.
