Kentucky State men’s basketball has released its 2024-25 schedule, which includes 13 home games at the William Exum Center and participation in the Chris Paul HBCU Challenge in Uncasville, Connecticut. December begins with home games against Edward Waters (December 2) and Albany State (December 7). The Thorobreds will then hit the road, starting with a trip to Atlanta for conference matchups against Morehouse (December 14) and Clark Atlanta (December 16).
Next, Kentucky State will compete in the prestigious Chris Paul HBCU Challenge in Uncasville, Connecticut. They will face Winston-Salem State on December 19, followed by another game on December 20, providing a platform to showcase their talent on a national stage.
2025 Slate and Conference Play
The new year begins with a challenging road stretch, including games at Allen (January 2), Benedict (January 4), and a non-conference game against the University of Charleston (January 6). Upon returning home, the Thorobreds will host Miles on January 11 and Lane on January 13.
Conference play will continue with away games at Spring Hill (January 18) and Tuskegee (January 20). The Thorobreds will wrap up January with a home game against LeMoyne-Owen on January 27.
February Highlights and Season Conclusion
Mini-Homecoming is set for February 1, featuring a matchup against Central State at 4 p.m. The regular season concludes with a series of critical conference games, starting with a road trip to LeMoyne-Owen on February 10. Kentucky State will then host Tuskegee (February 11) and Spring Hill (February 17) before ending the season with three road games at Central State (February 22), Lane (February 24), and Miles (February 26).
