WKU Women’s Tennis began the fall season with a strong showing at the APSU Fall Tournament on Friday, held at the Warren County Tennis Facility at Michael O. Buchanon Park. The Lady Toppers faced Austin Peay in the first day of competition, with the matches moved to Bowling Green due to inclement weather in Clarksville, Tennessee.
In doubles, newcomers Carolina Chiatti and Elizabeth Sobieski secured a victory for WKU, while in singles play, Rachel Hermanova, Sofia Blanco, Sunskrithi Damera, and Mia Miranda each came away with wins.
