WKU Women’s Tennis has announced the addition of a home match against Tennessee State on Sunday, March 9, at 6:15 p.m. CT.
The Lady Toppers will take on Tennessee State following an earlier match the same day against Murray State, which is set to begin at 1:30 p.m. CT.
The upcoming match against Tennessee State will mark the 33rd meeting between the two programs. WKU leads the all-time series with a dominant 31-1 record, including wins in a doubleheader last season in Bowling Green.
Before the March matchups, WKU will return to action on Friday, Jan. 24, with a home match against SEMO at 6 p.m. CT. The Lady Toppers opened their season with a strong 6-1 victory over Eastern Kentucky last Thursday, Jan. 16, improving to 1-0 on the year.
WKU looks to build on their momentum as they prepare for an exciting stretch of home competitions.
