The No. 9 Kentucky Wildcats continued their dominant start to the season with a commanding 108-59 victory over Jackson State on Friday night. Coming off the bench Koby Brea, the transfer from Dayton, stole the show, dropping 22 points in a hot shooting performance. Brea, who led the nation in 3-point shooting percentage last season at 49.8%, stayed true to form by hitting 5 of 8 from deep and 8 of 11 overall. Brea is smoking the nets from distance at a clip of 74% this season. (20-27)

The Wildcats (5-0) were unstoppable offensively, shooting 57.7% from the field and 43.6% from beyond the arc. Otega Oweh added 21 points, while Jaxson Robinson chipped in 14, contributing to Kentucky’s well-rounded attack.

On the other side, the Tigers (0-6) struggled to keep pace, managing just 33.3% shooting from the floor. Marcus Watson Jr. led Jackson State with 12 points, and Dorian McMillian contributed 11.

Kentucky’s depth and efficiency continue to shine early in the season, with contributions coming from across the roster. The Wildcats will look to maintain their momentum as they prepare for WKU at Rupp Tuesday November 26 @ 6:30.
