The NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions has approved a negotiated resolution between the NCAA enforcement staff and the University of Kentucky regarding violations in the school’s football and swimming and diving programs. The panel announced the approval and appropriate penalties for those violations. However, a former swimming and diving coach did not participate in the agreement. His portion of the case will be handled separately by the Committee on Infractions, with a full decision to be released later. The University is currently not permitted to comment further until the final decision is made public.
