Ten Kentucky basketball products are gearing up to compete in the NBA’s 2K25 Las Vegas Summer League, which kicks off on Friday. The league, featuring all 30 NBA teams, will run from July 12 to 22. Each team will play four games, with playoffs scheduled for July 21-22. Teams not advancing to the playoffs will play a fifth game on July 20 or 21.
Games will be broadcast on ESPN+, with select matches airing on ESPN, ESPN2, and NBA TV. All games will be held at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, split between the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion. Friday’s opening day of action will feature a head-to-head matchup between a pair of Kentucky teammates from a season ago as Reeves and the New Orleans Pelicans take on Dillingham and the Minnesota Timberwolves at 5 p.m. on ESPN2.
Other Wildcats taking the court on day one include Sheppard, the No. 3 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, and Tshiebwe, the 2022 National Player of the Year while at Kentucky.
