Kentucky men’s soccer senior Logan Dorsey has been named to the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America® NCAA Division I Third Team, a prestigious honor recognizing excellence both on the field and in the classroom. CSC announced the accolade Tuesday afternoon as part of its annual Academic All-America® program, which honors standout student-athletes across NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA levels.

A native of Evergreen, Colorado, Dorsey has been a cornerstone of the Wildcats’ 2024 campaign. The senior forward delivered when it mattered most, scoring both of Kentucky’s goals during its Sun Belt Conference Tournament run. His clutch penalty kick sealed the Wildcats’ advancement to the semifinals, where he netted his 14th and final goal of the season. Dorsey’s offensive prowess was unmatched on the squad, leading the team in goals while adding three assists, 50 shots, and 29 shots on target.

Off the field, Dorsey has demonstrated the same level of commitment and discipline. Majoring in psychology with a 3.6 GPA, he has excelled academically and is set to graduate this month with his undergraduate degree.

This recognition places Dorsey among the elite student-athletes in the nation, reflecting his dedication to achieving success both in competition and in the classroom. His accomplishments set a high standard for current and future Wildcats.
