The Kentucky women’s soccer team (11-4-4, 3-3-4 SEC) will host the first round of the NCAA Tournament at the Bell Soccer Complex, welcoming West Virginia (12-5-2, 8-2-1 Big 12) on Friday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. ET. This follows the Wildcats’ most successful season in a decade, earning the program’s first-ever No. 5 national seed during today’s NCAA selection show.

With their second-ever national seed, Kentucky is slated to face the winner of the No. 2 seed Notre Dame and Milwaukee match if they advance. This season marks Kentucky’s 12th NCAA Tournament appearance and its first since 2014, the last time the Wildcats hosted an opening round at the Bell Soccer Complex. The Wildcats, under head coach Troy Fabiano, enter the tournament with their best record since 2014, showcasing Fabiano’s impact since he took over in 2022.

Tickets for Friday’s game are available online, with general admission prices set at $10 for adults, $5 for youth (ages 2-18) and seniors (65+), and free admission for UK students with a valid ID.
