The University of Louisville Cardinals football wide receivers started the 2024 season off with a bang against Austin Peay. Ja’Corey Brooks and Jadon Thompson played the game like they have been preparing all summer for this.
Ja’Corey finished the game with 7 catches for 83 yards and a touchdown, his lingest being 21 yards.
Jadon Thompson had just 3 catches but turned 2 of them into touchdowns and 44 yards, his longest a 33 yard strike.
Look for the duo to continue to put up numbers with throws from Tyler Shough.
