Highlighted by the team’s first home event since 2015, Kentucky men’s golf announced its 2024-25 schedule on Tuesday, as shared by head coach Gator Todd.

The upcoming season includes 10 regular season events, split evenly between the fall and spring, followed by the Southeastern Conference Championship at Seaside Golf Course in St. Simons Island, Georgia, in April. Kentucky will be a first-time participant in five of the 10 regular season tournaments and a returning competitor in the other five.

“I love the diversity of our schedule,” Todd said. “We are competing all over the country and in 10 different states. Our student-athletes will have the opportunity to compete on some of the finest courses in the country against the best competition.”

Kentucky will open its campaign for the second consecutive season at the Folds of Honor Collegiate in Grand Haven, Michigan, from September 9-11.

“We’re extremely excited to go back to the Folds of Honor,” Todd said. “I love what that tournament stands for and it will be one of the premier events in college golf this fall.”

The team will then compete in the Bearcat Invitational (September 16-17) and the Windon Invitational (September 29-30) before hosting the inaugural Cullan Brown Collegiate, named for the late Kentucky men’s golfer who passed away from osteosarcoma in 2020.

The Cullan Brown Collegiate, Kentucky’s first home tournament since the UK Bluegrass Invitational in April 2015, will be held at Lexington Country Club on October 7-8.

“We’re really looking forward to the chance to host at Lexington Country Club and honor the memory of Cullan Brown,” Todd said. “I know it will be a special week for our program all around.”

Kentucky will conclude the fall portion of its schedule at the Steelwood Invitational, October 26-27. This marks the team’s sixth appearance in the tournament and its second consecutive entry, having finished fourth last October.

The spring season kicks off in Panama City, Florida, at the Watersound Invitational, hosted by Florida State at Shark’s Tooth Golf Club from February 17-19. This competitive event is one of the highlights of the college golf calendar.

The Wildcats then head to Scottsdale, Arizona, for their debut at the Desert Mountain Collegiate, March 8-9, before returning to familiar events: the Schenkel Invitational (March 21-23) and the Mason Rudolph Championship (April 4-6).

The regular season concludes at the Mountaineer Invitational at Pete Dye Golf Club, April 14-15.

The 2025 SEC Men’s Golf Championship will take place at Sea Island Golf Club for the 23rd straight season from April 23-27.

Qualifying teams will advance to the NCAA Regionals (May 12-14), with successful teams continuing to the 2025 NCAA Championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa from May 23-28.
